Well, I don't know about Frank's gum, but you'd definitely be missing something if you didn't discover this "direct access" feature!
No need to open the Efficy Document window each time you just want to read or print an attachment (without modifying it). Simply click the number of attached files in the list or search window!
The file opens in Read-Only.
